An inseparable component of CLICO distribution activities is the provision of the highest quality of post-sales support to partners and clients, which is necessary for the proper operation of advanced security, networking and management systems. Its formal confirmation is the status of Certified Technical Assistance Center obtained by CLICO in 2000 from Check Point Software Technologies, and from Juniper Networks in 2010.

 

Technical consultations (pre-sales support) provided to partners and clients for all solutions available in the distribution offer of CLICO. Engineers specializing in specific solutions provide support regarding functionalities, possible applications, licensing rules, benefits for the organization and guidelines for design and implementation. The support of CLICO engineers is available at every stage of the project — from business needs, through project development, to the selection of proper solutions and their deployment.
